Frage: wie schalte ich die "roaming profiles" ab?

Im Abschnitt "[global]" von "/etc/samba/smb.conf"

Set profile type "local" on the windows box and configure the user not to have a roaming profile.

Java 1.4 and 1.6 are capable of disabling the java cache.
In windows configuation panel, goto Java.
On the Tab General, click below Temparary Internet Settings on "Settings", here you can disable the caching.

Java 1.5 ( aka 5 ) does not have this option.

•  Win-2Kx-XPP-ForceLocalProfile.reg

die (mit Administrator-Rechten) auf jedem Client installiert werden müssen/müssten.
